Collect and Paste: the explosion peripheral sustainable urban development in the municipality of La Florida in Santiago, Chile

Abstract

This essay shows a possible interpretative line of process and unfortunatly decisions that guided the urban growth in the District of La Florida about its extention phenomemoms since the seventies and eighties. That means the split up addition of thousends of agricultural hàs into urban soil without links and equipments. Given the urban dinamism of the last decade, appears the necessity, almost forcely, to sue the harmony in this growth from publics policies.
